Previous Construction Projects & Experience

Through the years of experience in the industry we have been involved in multiple rail projects as part of the level crossing removal scheme across Victoria, including Cheltenham train station, Carrum Foreshore and Cranbourne North.

Innotek Constructions Pty Ltd has been part of the team handing over projects that range  anywhere from 20 tonne to 1500 tonne of structural steel.  Consultants are involved from design, through fabrication and installation on Aquatic Centres, shopping centres and community hubs.

We have been part of teams redeveloping existing Hospitals and wards as well as new facilities. Projects ranging from 20 tonne to 1000 tonne of structural steel.  These projects are located in Australia, New Zealand and North America.

No job is too small for Innotek Constructions & Consultants.  We have been involved in once off multi million dollar bespoke homes to budget builds and residential towers.  We are often involved in value management options in the design and buildability from plans to completion all over Australia.

Large format retail projects are a speciality of ours.  Having been involved in the completion of dozens to date.  These projects range anywhere from 200 tonne to 1000 tonne of structural steel.

Innotek has been involved in aluminium processing, as well as gas, gold and copper mining projects in Australia, Asia and the Middle East.
