Currently consulting on a multi-billion-dollar infrastructure project, Travis is applying his extensive knowledge to ensure seamless execution from start to finish, tackling complex challenges and delivering results that exceed expectations.

Travis has a demonstrated history of leading teams to deliver high-quality structural steel solutions across various sectors, managing both large and small-scale projects with a focus on design optimization, efficient fabrication, and flawless installation. His leadership is underpinned by a strong commitment to managing budgets, exceeding KPIs, and ensuring every project is completed on time and within budget.

With a solid foundation in engineering and project management, Travis thrives in the dynamic, ever-evolving landscape of the construction industry. He is dedicated to continuously improving processes and delivering exceptional outcomes that drive client satisfaction. 

With over 21 years of experience in the construction industry, Nathan is a dedicated and results-driven Project Superintendent/Supervisor, specialising in both structural and civil construction across a variety of sectors, including marine renewables, road, and rail infrastructure. Throughout his career, Nathan has honed a meticulous work ethic, expert planning skills, and a sharp eye for detail, all while ensuring the highest standards of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) for all stakeholders involved.

Nathan’s background includes a broad range of leadership roles, from supervising teams on major infrastructure projects to managing multi-disciplinary teams and budgets. Whether it's overseeing large-scale civil/structural works, mentoring engineers and staff, or maintaining strong relationships with clients and unions, he is committed to delivering results that exceed expectations.

Holding a Bachelor's in Construction Management (Honor's) from the University of Newcastle, Nathan has continuously developed his skills with additional certifications in OH&S, Leadership, Management, and Business. His experience spans across various roles, from General Superintendent overseeing complex road and bridge duplications to Project Manager coordinating advanced textile projects.
